GEORGE ALLEN MOORE

George Allen Moore is a family man, married with two children, and a native of Madison County. He is proudly the son of Cotton Farmers and says “the hard work I did while growing up on the farm helped prepare me for the hard work I do for my clients.” George’s trademark is compassion for people. His compassion for people leads him to dedicate his career to helping the average person against giant companies and corporations.

He and his family are active members of Whitesburg Baptist Church.

His professional and public service includes:

• President of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association
• Chairman of the Board of Directors of Huntsville Utilities
• Board of Governors of the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association
• Former President of the local unit of The American Cancer Society
• Former Vice President of the American Cancer Society’s Crusade for the State of Alabama
• Leadership positions with the Huntsville-Madison County Chamber of Commerce and The United Way of Madison County
• Served on the Board of Directors of Huntsville Hospital

George has held numerous leadership positions and is a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, The Alabama Council of School Board Attorneys, The American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association.

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and with a Law Degree.

George received the S. Paul Garner Accounting Award at the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Advocate of Trial Advocacy. He takes great pleasure in representing the Madison County Board of Education.

Again, George Allen Moore is a family man who loves helping the average person against the Goliaths they face.
